Bar Suzette NYC is an innovative crepe bar putting it’s twist on the french classic, by serving internationally inspired flavors carefully tucked into the delectably thin crepe. Created by two friends Troi Lughod & Peter Tondreau, who have worked in kitchens in Asia, Europe, and both North and South Americas, to showcase the flavors that they enjoyed so much while traveling the world.
